For out of town guests, Dallas Love Field Airport is easier to navigate, but both the Love Field airport as well as the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport are fine to fly into. 

Hotel Blocks will be available. Just Mention Daniel and Sara when you are booking your stay. There are also a lot of nice and affordable airbnbs in Mckinney, TX.
