Having gotten legally married just about two years ago, we've collected a lot of the household items typically on a wedding registry. That being the case, all we want is for you all to come celebrate with us. If you really want to give us something, a cash gift is always appreciated.
The reception lunch menu consists of the following: Option 1: Filetto di manzo al pepe verde (GF Available) Pan seared beef tenderloin filet served with sautéed spinach, pine nuts, figs, and bacon confit potatoes, in a peppercorns brandy demi-glaze. Option 2: Filetto di salmon (GF Available) Pan seared thinly sliced salmon filet lightly battered in flour, egg, and parmesan. Topped with a caper, lemon and white wine sauce. Served with crispy spaghetti and vegetables. Option 3: Pollo alla picatta Sautéed chicken breast lightly breaded and topped with a white wine, lemon, and caper sauce. Served with spaghetti and steamed vegetables. Option 4: Ravioli alla astice Ravioli stuffed with lobster and squash, in a saffron cream sauce.
