Aaron’s Farm Campsite, Aaron Hill Farm, Cragg Vale, Hebden Bridge HX7 5TX
Ceremony to start at 1pm. Carriages - late! (We are applying for a licence for the music to go past midnight which we are told is likely to be approved)
2 August 2026, we invite you all to join us for a relaxed day at the campsite with some light entertainment. Food & drink won’t be provided on the second day but the campsite offer refreshments.
We encourage people to camp at the venue. We will be allotted a field for all attendees to camp together, but there should be space to allow suitable distance between tents. The cost for campers is £12.50 per person per night, and £6.50 for children. Children under 3 are free. We will contact campers in advance to make payment to avoid any faffing on the day. The campsite is a basic site and does not have shower facilities. You are welcome to use our shower (we are a 20 min drive away!). Those who are camping can bring food and alcohol into their camp but cannot bring it into the party barn when the celebrations move there in the evening. The campsite welcome tents, tent trailers, roof tents, camper vans and small motor homes. They cannot accommodate caravans. If you want to camp but don’t have equipment please let us know and we can help you source some for the weekend. There is space to let us know your intentions in the RSVP.
For those who don’t wish to camp, you may want to look for accommodation (B&Bs) in towns such as Hebden Bridge, Todmorden, Sowerby Bridge, Mytholmroyd. The closest major town is Halifax (approx 30 min drive from the venue).
We invite you all to wear whatever you feel most comfortable in. However, we would encourage a relaxed and colourful dress code. Please bear in mind that shoes will need to be capable of getting over grass!
Children are invited (welcomed!) and we will be arranging some entertainment for them.
Your presence is gift enough, but if you did want to make a gift we would gratefully receive a contribution towards a honeymoon adventure for the three of us.
