What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Those who have been invited to the ring ceremony should plan to arrive at the venue between 4:00-4:30pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. Those who are attending the reception should plan to arrive between 5:30-6:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Come in your Sunday dress. It will be hot, so please dress accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We would love to have children join on our special day. However, per the venue's regulations, please make sure children are not left unattended at any time during our event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes. There is plenty of parking at the venue! The parking lot is made of dirt, so be aware if needing accommodations.

The reception and ring ceremony will be at Broken Spur Event Center. The address is 2819 US-385, Levelland, TX 79336

Will there be food provided?

Yes, food will be provided by Aspen Creek Grill. Please RSVP so that we can ensure there is enough food. If you have any dietary restrictions, you may indicate it on the RSVP page.
