Cabins at Waltman Lake Lodge
We rented onsite cabins at our venue, and have the ability to have overnight accommodations for up to 40 guests for both Friday and Saturday nights. Some of the cabins are completely private with a bunk bed and a queen bed, but you will have to use the shared bathhouse. Other cabins have private bedrooms with either bunk beds or a queen sized bed, but share a living room, kitchen and bathroom with others. If you would like to stay in one of the cabins/cabin rooms for a low rate, have questions or would like to see pictures of the rooms, please reach out to the bride or groom ASAP as we have limited availability. All cabins are completely renovated and have A.C. **Preference will be given to our out-of-state guests first**

Located right next to the Calvin University campus, this hotel is about a 13 minute drive from the Gerald R. Ford airport and around 35 minutes from the venue. We have reserved a block of 20 rooms for 2 nights from 8/11 - 8/13. If you wish to book a room at a special group rate that we've negotiated on your behalf, visit this website or call 616-526-7200 before July 12 to ensure you have a place to stay as space is limited. Each room is $111.25 per night with a layout choice of: -Double Queen Beds -King Bed with Queen Sleeper Please book by July 12 to reserve your room within the block as all remaining rooms will be released. *NOTE: Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service from the hotel to the venue. However, there should be plenty of Ubers or Lyfts, or carpool together with other guests in the area!

This hotel is the closest in the area to the venue (approximately 13 minutes away) and around 32 minutes away from the airport. We have reserved a block of 10 rooms for a discounted rate, but unfortunately, the discount is not guaranteed. The rooms will only be discounted if all 10 rooms are booked. These are the rooms available in the block: -5 single king rooms each $150 + tax per night -3 double Queen rooms each $165 + tax per night -2 double Queen suites each $175 + tax per night Please book by June 27 through the website to reserve your room within the block as all remaining rooms will be released. *NOTE: Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service from the hotel to the venue.
