Are children invited? ¿Están invitados los niños?

We love your little ones, we really do! However, in order to maintain an intimate atmosphere, our wedding is exclusively for adults 14 and older. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night! ¡Amamos a sus pequeños de todo corazón! Sin embargo, para mantener una atmósfera íntima, nuestra boda es exclusivamente para adultos de 14 años en adelante. ¡Esperamos que vean esto como una oportunidad para disfrutar de una divertida noche de cita!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that all cellphones and cameras are put away and silenced during the ceremony as we would love for you to be present with us in the moment. This is a very important matter for us and we hope it is for you. We will be having a wonderful photographer and videographer capturing the entire ceremony. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than and no later than 3:45pm for the ceremony. Please note, any guests arriving before or after the specified time will NOT be permitted to enter the wedding grounds. This hotel policy will be strictly enforced so please plan accordingly so that we can begin promptly and make the most of our special day together. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July, 2nd 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘not attending’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. Thank you for your support!

What should I do if I can’t attend?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking! All of our guests have been granted free parking in the parking garage located kitty-corner across from the venue. For our guests that opt for valet parking, there is a small fee of $20 per vehicle. Please note that valet parking is based on a “first-come-first serve” policy so plan accordingly.

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Indoor! The ceremony, social hour, and reception will all be indoor.
