When is the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026. The ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. We encourage guests to arrive starting at 4:30pm to find a seat

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

Welcome Drinks, the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all be held at The Ballantyne Hotel, located at 10000 Ballantyne Commons Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28277

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is black tie optional. Formal attire is encouraged. Dark colored suits for men and longer dresses for women. We encourage you to wear fun spring colored dresses. Please note that the Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be outside so plan footwear and wear sun protection as so.

Are there hotel blocks reserved?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved rooms at the Ballantyne. We also have provided other hotel options in the Travel section of our website.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

All of the hotels are within walking distance to the venue so there is no need for transportation.
