July 13th 2019 Dan and Melanie met through one of Dan's old Coworkers. One day, Dan asked Melanie out on a date one night after he got done working. Melanie said yes and they both met at Chili‘s for dinner. They talked all night and before they said their goodbyes and went home, Dan asked Melanie if she wanted to go jet skiing with him one weekend sometime and Melanie of course agreed. The next weekend when Dan was free, Dan took Melanie out on his jet ski. It was a beautiful sunny day. Melanie and Dan had so much fun spending the day together. Melanie and Dan began talking everyday after that and spending lots and lots of time together. A few months later, Dan asked Melanie to do a Tough Mudder Event up in Minnesota. Melanie was so excited because she had always wanted to do a Tough Mudder. After Melanie and Dan completed the event, Dan asked Melanie if she would be his girlfriend. Melanie said Yes! They spent the weekend celebrating their accomplishment of completing Tough Mudder and celebrating officially being together by spending the day at a water park and visiting the Mall of America. It was the beginning of their love story.
