Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is black tie optional. For women, this means a long evening gown or cocktail dress, and for men, a suit and tie are appropriate. Please avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, etc. The wedding will be partially outside, so jackets are recommended just in case it is chilly in the evening.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

No. Currently, our wedding celebration will be focused solely on the ceremony and reception on our wedding day.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be limited parking available at the parking lot near the lake. There is also street parking available on Circa Del Norte. We encourage you to carpool or use a ridesharing service!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:30pm.

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. Thank you for understanding!

How should I RSVP?

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Don’t worry if the system cannot find your name, we will be notified to accept. Please submit your RSVP by 9/10 so we can plan accordingly!

How do I get to venue?

Answer

Enter the exact address listed on your invitation on your GPS, which will take you to Gate #3. Once you pass security upon entry, take the first left to the Fairbanks Ranch Association Clubhouse. Drive all the way down until you see the parking lot by the lake. The ceremony will be set up outside by the gazebo.
