Cocktail Attire

Linda & Dan will be married manner of Friends. A Quaker wedding is held as a Meeting for Worship on the occasion of marriage. Friends and family gather in silence and at the appointed time Linda and Dan will rise and speak their vows to each other. Those in attendance who feel led to speak, may do so should they feel so moved by the spirit. It is a solemn, but joyful marriage ceremony. All attendees will be asked to sign the traditional Quaker marriage certificate at the conclusion of the ceremony. Please also RSVP for the reception if you plan to join us for dinner and dancing afterward.
