Question
Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
We are allowing children from immediate family. If your invite lists your children's names please ensure to RSVP accordingly. However, we encourage parents to use this as a "date night" event.

Do I have to RSVP?
Answer
Yes. An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in the planning for ceremony seating and reception meals. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be, marked as a "no".

Please RSVP no later than September 1st, 2025 via our website.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at The Birdseye Barn at Western Star. The ceremony will be held outside. The reception will be held indoors with an optional outdoor patio area.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. If you happen to be late our coordinator and security will advise if guests are still being seated or if you need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight. Thank you for understanding.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available on site.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting formal attire for our wedding. Please no white clothing or jeans.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask you to kindly turn your ringers off during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos as our ceremony will be unplugged. We have professional photographers on hand to capture all the special moments and are excited to share their photos with you.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to party! All alcohol will be provided, please refrain from bringing any alcohol to the venue.
