Welcome family and friends! Click below to view our rooms at our block price! At booking, please request early check-in. Their check-in is at 4pm, which is when our reception starts. Embassy Suites said they cannot guarantee early check-in but are able to accommodate it most of the time! There will also be a shuttle available from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the night starting at 9:30 pm. If you are not able to check-in early, you are still able to use the shuttle to the venue and check-in later that night after the party! The hotel offers bag check and will put your bags in your room once available or you can choose to leave your things in your car.
