✈️Planning your trip- how do I book travel and where should I stay?
Answer
We’ve secured room blocks at a few nearby hotels to make things easy. Visit the Travel tab for our recommended hotels and exclusive discount codes. We suggest booking early, especially during peak season in Maine.

🚗 Arriving by air? Getting around in Maine
Answer
For guests flying in, we suggest renting a car. Rideshare options are limited in this part of Maine and aren’t always available for longer trips. A rental car will give you the most flexibility during your stay.

🚌 Once travel is booked - will there be transportation to and from the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We’ll be providing shuttle service to and from the venue for guests staying at our recommended hotels. Pickup times and details will be shared on the Travel tab as we get closer. If you prefer to drive, there is parking available at the venue.

💌 Ready to respond? Do I need to wait for my formal invitation to RSVP?
Answer
Formal invitations are on their way, but you’re welcome to RSVP now using the RSVP tab on the website if you already know your plans. Kindly RSVP by June 1, 2026!

👶 Making plans with family - are children invited?
Answer
As much as we love your kiddos, we’ve chosen to make our wedding adults-only, with the exception of our immediate nieces and nephews. We hope this allows everyone to relax and enjoy a fun night out.

👗 Thinking about what to wear? What is the dress code?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors, and guests will be walking on grass. We recommend dressy but comfortable attire. We kindly ask for no jeans or sneakers, but please know this is not a black-tie event - think polished, festive, and wedding-appropriate.

🎉 Arriving early or staying late? Is there a welcome party or farewell brunch?
Answer
Please join us for a welcome party the night before the wedding- food provided, drinks available for purchase. We won’t be hosting a farewell brunch on Sunday, as we’ll need to be up early for venue clean-up (and we’d never wish an early morning on anyone after a night of partying 🥂)

🕺 Wondering how late we’ll celebrate? Will there be an after-party?
Answer
We’ll be celebrating all day and into the evening! Our venue has an 11:00 PM curfew, and with a full day of festivities planned, we think that’s plenty of time to celebrate together. After all, we’re in our 40s - pacing is key 😉

🌧️ Checking the forecast? What if the weather doesn’t cooperate?

This is Maine- but don’t worry! We have a backup plan to keep everyone comfortable and the celebration going, rain or shine.
