When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by March 15th. Your timely response allows us to prepare the day with love and care.

Are you registered anywhere?

Answer

We have not created a traditional registry, as our home is already cozy and lovingly complete. Your presence and warm wishes are the greatest gift. If you wish to offer something further, a monetary contribution toward our future would be received with heartfelt gratitude.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request guests to arrive between 3:30 pm and 3:45 pm, allowing a little time to park, stroll through the grounds, and be comfortably seated before we begin our 4:00 pm ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The Dress Code is Garden Party Formal Our celebration is inspired by the timeless beauty of a historic garden estate. In the spirit of a Victorian garden in bloom, guests are encouraged to dress in romantic, refined yet relaxed elegant styles. Flowing midi or maxi dresses in spring/summer hues or delicate florals for women and lightweight suits or tailored jackets for men fit the setting beautifully.

Children and Plus Ones

Due to capacity limits of our venue, we can only accommodate guests named on this invitation. Unfortunately, plus ones and children are unable to attend. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! While we are not reserving room blocks, there are several comfortable hotels in the area that we suggest: • Hyatt Place Long Island / East End (~5-7 miles away | ~10 to 15-minute drive) • Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead (~9-12 miles away | ~20 to 25-minute drive) • Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Long Island–East End (~7 miles away | ~15-to-20-minute drive) • Residence Inn by Marriott Long Island East End (~9-15 miles away | ~20 to 25-minute drive) As the North Fork blossoms into its summer season, hotels tend to book quickly. We encourage guests to book accommodations early as possible. All of these hotels are a short drive from the venue and offer easy access to local restaurants, wineries, and beaches.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, there will not be shuttle service available. Guests are warmly encouraged to drive or use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft for an easy and convenient journey to and from the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The venue offers on-site parking, making it easy to arrive and settle in for both the ceremony and the reception.
