Our wedding will take place on June 27 in Bozeman, Montana. The ceremony and reception will be held on a private ranch just outside of town. Because the property does not have a formal address, transportation will be provided for all guests. Please plan to arrive via the designated shuttles.
We have reserved room blocks at the following hotels in downtown Bozeman: • Kimpton Armory Hotel Bozeman • AC Hotel Bozeman Downtown We recommend booking early, as June is a popular time to visit.
While we adore your little ones, our wedding weekend will be an adults-only celebration. This includes all events, from the excursions and welcome party through the reception. We kindly ask that guests make arrangements in advance and join us for a weekend off.
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
The welcome party will take place at The Armory Music Hall located in The Kimpton Armory Hotel in downtown Bozeman. Guests may start settling in at 7:30PM but the event will formally begin at 8PM.
Western chic. Think elevated, festive, and fun - dresses, boots, denim, fringe, or tailored Western-inspired pieces are all welcome. If you don't own any western wear, please do not feel like you need to get something for this occasion. We are just happy you can celebrate with us.
Transportation will not be provided for the welcome party, as it is located in downtown Bozeman and easily accessible.
Guest transportation will be provided to and from the wedding. Shuttles will depart from: • Kimpton Armory Hotel Bozeman • AC Hotel Bozeman Downtown Due to the nature of the venue, guests will not be able to drive or use rideshare services to access the property. We kindly ask that all guests plan to use the provided transportation. Return shuttles will be available throughout the evening should any guests need to leave early. Detailed shuttle schedules will be shared closer to the wedding weekend.
Black tie. We recommend block heels or shoes suitable for grass and a light wrap or jacket for after sunset.
Yes. The ceremony will take place outdoors, and the reception will be held under a tent.
Late June in Bozeman is typically warm during the day (70s) and cooler in the evening (50s).
Yes - please plan to join us for an after party following the reception. The after party will begin at 11PM and ends at 2AM.
