The ceremony starts at 5 pm, so we ask guests to start arriving at 4:30 to be seated by 5 pm.
There is no formal dress code, although some have asked about what to wear. It will be an outdoor wedding with semi-formal to cocktail attire. Much of the wedding will be in a grassy area, so please keep that in mind for shoes (i.e., wear stilettos at your own risk :) It may also get chilly at night.
For those in town Friday June 12, we will be providing dinner from 5-8 pm at Hangar 76 in Oceanside, an outdoor brewery/winery/pizzeria with live music. The exact address is provided under the "Schedule." We live right down the road and this is our favorite spot, so we are excited to host everyone here the night before! There is typically traffic heading north around 4/5 pm, so for those visiting out of town, we recommend going early to check out Oceanside downtown and beach area. There are also lagoon walks, hikes, and historic landmarks nearby.
Your presence is a gift to us, and it means the world that our friends and family are attending, so please do not feel a need for gifts. We sincerely appreciate those who have asked about a registry and have added a Registry page to our website.
There is parking in the neighborhood, although we recommend taking a rideshare if you can. There will be very good tequila and wine :)
Yes. We love our veggie friends. <3
No. Since the venue will not kick us out early (shout out to Laurie & Doug) there is no need for an after party area.
Since we are not doing a hotel block, we are not planning to provide a shuttle.
