Sebastiano is Daniel's oldest friend, they met in New York City way back in 1998! There they attended elementary school together until 2000 after which Seba and his family left to go back to Italy. Since then they've only seen each other a handful of times but their bond has remained strong despite the distance. The first time Daniel went back to the U.S. was to visit Sebastiano in Miami where he had recently moved with his family. Anytime they've met again it never felt like they were so far, catching up on all their achievements and reminiscing about their wonderful childhood in the Big Apple. Seba is the perfect person to officiate since he's known Daniel for so long and has been through every important chapter of his life. You're not a friend, you're part of my family and I'm happy to call you my brother, ti voglio bene Vecio.
Maria Gentile
Mother of the Groom
Maria is Daniel's mom, and what a mom she's been! Italian born, she loves food, crocheting and the sea. Their relationship is the typical italian mother-son bond that you've seen in movies. They've helped each other grow and sustained one another through the various hurdles of life, strengthening their bond along the way. Kaitlyn and Maria were introduced in September of 2024 during Maria's visit to California and Maria lived up to the italian mother stereotype, accepting Kaitlyn as her own daughter instantly. Daniel wouldn't be who he is without his mother's love, support and life lessons and she loves her son with every inch of her being. I love you mamma!
Jenn Casado
Mother of the Bride
Jenn has viewed Kaitlyn as her own daughter since the beginning of Darbee and Kaitlyn's friendship. Jenn has been a fierce protector, confidante, and mother to Kaitlyn over the years. You can always count on Jenn to provide you with her honest opinion on any subject, which makes her love for and approval of Daniel all the more valuable in Kaitlyn's eyes. Thank you for all your love, patience, and support over the years, Mama! I'll always be your kiddo xo
Salome' Balme'
Groomswoman
Daniel and Salome' have only been friends a couple of years but she has been the person that Daniel has relied on through the challenges that life in California presented to him. French born, she loves cats, the movies of Studio Ghibli and the color black. Daniel chose Salome' as his groomswoman because she taught him to appreciate himself and see his own worth, thus giving him the self-confidence to be a loving partner to Kaitlyn. Thank you for being one of the best people I've ever met.
Darbee Sherman
Maid of Honor
Darbee and Kaitlyn met at Jackson Elementary School in Livermore in 2006. Fun fact: their first encounter was a fight on the playground when Darbee accused Kaitlyn (who had just moved to the area) that she had stolen all of her friends. Darbee went home complaining about Kaitlyn to her mom who promptly told her she needed to apologize. After the apology, Darbee and Kaitlyn became inseparable and consider one another sisters today. Darbee and Kaitlyn's relationship simply cannot be condensed into one story... picture a chick flick montage of crazy fun. Driving around singing Taylor Swift songs at the top of their lungs, consoling one another during heartbreaks, endless hours of horror movies, and nonstop sleepovers. It's been 18 years of laughter, hugs, and annoying the hell out of everyone around us because we're the only ones who find us fun. Thank you for always being there for me hunn. I'll forever be your partner in crime.
Yari Vezzulli

Yari is just Yari. Saying that he's a unique person is the understatement of the century. Daniel and Yari met as randomly generated roommates in Windermere, Florida back in 2019 when they both moved to Orlando to work for Disney. At first Daniel didn't like Yari but, as many of you know, his personality, humor and quirkiness got under his skin, making them an inseparable duo. They took a memorable trip to Istanbul during covid. During that trip they cemented their will to fulfill the american dream and do whatever it would take to achieve that goal. Yari has easily played the most important role in Daniel's realization of that dream, encouraging him to confront his fears and push his limits towards that goal. You're the ideal best friend and I couldn't have done this without you, ti voglio bene fratello mio.
