Shuttle

A shuttle will leave from the Viana Hotel and Spa to the Royalton Mansion at 3pm. After the reception, a shuttle will be provided (2 trips total) to return guests from the Royalton Mansion to the Viana Hotel starting at 9:30pm.

Ask for the Kason/Carlson wedding block. Limited rooms available.
Train
To get to the venue from Penn Station in Manhattan using the LIRR, I recommend: 1. Take either the Port Jefferson or Ronkonkoma line to Mineola, then Uber or get a ride directly to the event (about 10 minutes). I recommend this route. You could also switch to the Oyster Bay line and get off at the Albertston stop before Ubering for a 2 minute ride, but this probably isn't worth it. 2. Take any train to Jamaica, then switch to the Oyster Bay line and get off at the Albertston stop. Uber or get a ride to the venue (2 minutes). Either option should take about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

If the Viana is filled up, guests are also booking rooms at the Holiday Inn.
