Our Story

We met at Western on September 18, 2018. We were initially lab partners in our Medical Sciences program.

Daniel first saw Jodi (not pictured) in this tutorial on September 11, 2018

Before long we were celebrating our first Valentine's Day

And visiting Michael Mouse's Manor

We spent 5 years of our relationship long distance - between Toronto, Hamilton, and Montreal. We would have countless dates over video call and order food for each other!

Whenever we saw each other, we made sure to have a gourd time

We love going on adventures together - here we are conquering Brunswick Mountain in British Columbia

And after hiking up to Joffre Lakes in BC

Most recently, we went to Lisbon together. We came back full of Portuguese tarts and canned fish.

When we aren't travelling, we can be found running together!

On July 16, 2023, Daniel sent Jodi (and a few of her closest friends) on an elaborate scavenger hunt around her neighbourhood, ending with a proposal at Edwards Gardens.

We love documenting all of our adventures together.

We are so excited to get married and start our next great adventure together! We can't wait to celebrate with all of our friends and family.
