When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by April 1st, 2025, to ensure we have an accurate headcount for our venue.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to strict numbers, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as an adults only event.

Will the wedding be indoor's or outdoor's?
Answer
We are hoping for an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception. If the weather does not cooperate, we will be moving the ceremony indoor's to ensure everyone's comfort. The indoor spaces are temperature controlled.

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code will be semi formal. We want everyone to feel comfortable while still looking and feeling their best!

How do I get home?
Answer
We will be providing a complimentary shuttle services that will bring our guests back to the Comfort Inn hotel at 10:30pm and 12:45am. There are also few taxi's in the area however given it is a small town, we suggest you book this in advance. You are welcome to leave your vehicle parked overnight at the venue so long as it is picked up by 10:00am the following day. Alternatively, you can use https://responsiblechoice.ca/ . They will have someone drive you and your car home for a fee.

What if I have food allergies or sensitivities?

Please note this when you RSVP. The venue takes great pride in accommodating allergies to ensure everyone can enjoy their tasty meals.
