La Jolla Cove
A must see if you have never been to San Diego! Walk the quaint downtown area and take in the gorgeous coast. Nearby is a more secluded beach called Windansea beach where we did our engagement photoshoot. Our favorite eateries in the area include El Pescador for fish sandwiches (pay the extra for avocado!!), The Cottage for brunch, BrocktonVilla for a meal with a view, Pannikin for a coffee break and the best cup of Mexican Mocha!
Torrey Pines State Reserve
One of our favorite hikes. Gorgeous and easy. $10-25 parking fee depending on availability.
Balboa Park and San Diego Zoo
Gorgeous area with their famous reflection pool, gardens, and a plethora of museums. San Diego Zoo is located here!
San Diego Zoo Safari Park
A bit of a drive, but well worth it if you're traveling with kids (or consider Lego Land)! A unique safari experience.
Coronado Beach
A cute little beach town - fun to bike!
