What should I wear?

Overall, dress code is formal. Lenghas, dresses, suits, and sherwanis— anything you can dance in is encouraged! For ordering Pakistani clothing: If you’re choosing to order Pakistani clothing please allow for 3-4 months shipping time if ordering online. A good, relatively inexpensive, site for a wide range of Pakistani wedding wear is https://www.laam.pk/international. You’ll find men’s, women’s and kids’ clothing on there. Go to Eastern Wear category. I recommend STITCHED clothing. Unstitched means you’ll only receive the fabric, and will have to go to a tailor to get it made. Cotton outfits might be too casual. Ladies, try to stay away from white :) Feel free to send pictures to Samia before ordering, at 7048774825, if you need help.

Yes, there will loads of dancing! If you want to get involved with a choreographed dance, please reach out to Samia at 704-877-4825. We will start coordinating dances March 2024 :)

What gifts should I give?

Your presence at our wedding is gift enough, but, should you wish to give a gift as well, a cash gift to put towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
