ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION IN THE SAME PLACE?

Yes, the Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Dinner / Reception are all taking place at The Oaks at Heavenly.

WILL THERE BE A SHUTTLE TO THE VENUE?

Answer

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions, there will not be a shuttle available to our guests. We recommend taking an uber or lyft.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Answer

For those driving, there is plenty of free onsite parking at the venue, but please be responsible if drinking!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

We kindly ask that the reception be an adults (18+) only event, please.

BY WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP?

We ask that you please let us know whether you will / will not be attending by August 30th. If you need to update your RSVP status, please contact Georgina or Daniel directly

Answer

Semi-formal / cocktail attire is perfect! Overall, be comfortable and come ready to dance!

WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. Dinner and dancing will be indoors.
