Both. The venue features two garden gazebos and patio tents for outdoor ceremonies, with 2 grand ballrooms provide an elegant indoor setting for the reception. We will utilize the indoor and outdoor spaces for the celebration.

Please arrive 10-30 minutes early - we begin promptly at 2pm and you might have to wait a long time to be seated if late.

Formal, classy, celebratory attire - Men: suit and tie, dress shoes, waist coat, vests, button up, turtleneck, dress pants, tux, etc -Woman: Floor-length evening gowns, Midi gowns, etc 2. Traditional/ cultural wedding attire is also welcomed! 3. Semi-formal is okay as long as it leans more on the formal side. - Men: Oxford, Derby, Loafers, black or white sneakers and dress pants, Polo or button up shirt - Women: Elegant cocktail dresses, full-length silhouettes dresses (satin, silk, lace), etc [No sweatpants or jeans. (If Jeans is the only option you have, please wear black jeans)]

For those flying in from Canada or other countries and out of state, please let us know if you need accommodation, we are planning on blocking hotel rooms, likely at one of the listed places below. The Simsbury Inn (0.2 mi away) Simsbury 1820 House (1.6 mi away) Residence Inn by Marriott Hartford Avon (2.8 mi away) Avon Old Farms Hotel (3.2 mi away) If you are coming from outside the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) and intend on getting your own accommodation, whether Airbnb or hotel or stay with someone, please let us know.

You can invite people according to the details of your RSVP. Ex: a) If your RSVP says one or more "Plus one" without a name specified, you are allowed to invite people according to the number of guests allowed, just add their name(s) to the invite when you RSVP. b) However, if you RSVP does not have a "plus one" or lists specific names as guests under your RSVP, only the names under your RSVP will be permissible.

Yes, and we will provide a place for you all to share the photos and videos you take. *** Please be mindful of the photographer/ videographer... do not block them to take a shot.
