We met through a group of friends, and it didn’t take long for something between us to feel different. We were always the ones saying “yes” to adventure - seeking out new experiences, story-telling about our love for the outdoors and traveling - and most importantly, sharing endless conversations that led to incredible debate, laughter, and a deeper understanding of each other. What began as curiosity in friendship became connection and appreciation for each other. She was drawn to his down-to-earth personality, strength, silliness, and the way he deeply cared for the people he loved. He saw in her a gentle, playful spirit - someone who nurtured those around her with warmth and light and was passionate in all she spoke about. Somewhere between the laughter, the deep talks, and the little moments of looking out for one another, we found something that couldn't be let go of.
