¡Amamos a sus hijos, pero queremos que nuestra boda sea su noche libre! Agradacemos hacer los arreglos necesarios con anticipacion para que puedan celebrar con nosotros. Por favor, comprende que sólo podemos acomodar a los niños de la familia inmediata SOLO para nuestra ceremonia de boda en la iglesia. Solicitamos que no haya niños en la recepción. We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us. Please be understanding that we can only accommodate children of immediate family for ONLY our wedding ceremony at the church. We request no children at the reception.

Estamos a maxima capacidad, lo que significa que, lamentablemente, no podemos acomodar invitados adicionales. Solo podemos acomodar a los que figuran en su invitación. We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Your presence and good wishes are the most important thing for us! If you wish to gift us something, we would prefer a monetary gift for our honeymoon.

Colombia utiliza pesos, COP. El tipo de cambio es de aproximadamente 4.000 COP por dólar. Aunque los restaurantes, las tiendas, Uber y los principales establecimientos comerciales aceptan tarjetas de crédito, los taxis y los comercios más pequeños sólo aceptan efectivo. Recomendamos utilizar un cajero automático en la ciudad, o cambiar dinero en un banco antes de viajar en lugar de cambiar en el aeropuerto para obtener un mejor tipo de cambio. Los taxis suelen costar 10 USD (40.000 COP) o menos, si se viaja por El Poblado. Los impuestos ya están incluidos en el precio final de sus compras. La propina no está incluida en los restaurantes, pero el camarero siempre le preguntará si desea incluirla. Suele ser un 10% fijo. Cuando utilice su tarjeta de crédito, es posible que le pregunten "¿en cuántos pagos?". - "¿en cuántas cuotas?" Esta es una cosa común en Colombia que los lugares te preguntan cuando se utiliza una tarjeta de crédito, por lo que sólo puede responder "Una" (uno) // Colombia uses pesos, COP. We recommend using an ATM in the city, or exchanging money at a bank prior to traveling instead of exchanging at the airport for a better rate. Taxis are usually $10.00 USD (40,000 COP) or less, if traveling around El Poblado. Taxes are already included in the final price of your purchases. Gratuity is not included at restaurants but the server will always ask if you would like to include it. It's typically a fixed 10% . When using your credit card, you may be asked "how many payments?" - “en cuantas cuotas?” This is a common thing in Colombia that places ask you when using a credit card, so you can just reply "Una" (one)

Como en cualquier gran ciudad, los carteristas pueden ser un problema. Siempre recomendamos estar atento a su entorno. Aunque los hoteles que recomendamos están en los mejores barrios de la ciudad y El Poblado acoge a muchos turistas durante todo el año, la orientación general es ser siempre discreto, atento y estar alerta. Queremos que tengas la mejor experiencia en Medellín y que te enamores de la ciudad. Estas recomendaciones se acentúan por la noche. Si bien El Poblado es generalmente seguro y un gran lugar para comer y beber, por favor ser consciente de las actividades que le interesan y evitar un evento desafortunado. Tome Ubers en lugar de taxis en la noche, a menos que el restaurante puede llamar un taxi para usted. Tenga cuidado al llevar objetos caros mientras recorre calles concurridas. Cuando saque el teléfono o la cartera en zonas concurridas, evite ponerlos en el bolsillo trasero o en la mesa de un restaurante sin vigilancia. While the hotels we are recommending are in best neighborhood of the city, and El Poblado hosts a lot of tourists year-round, the general guidance is to always be discreet, mindful, and alert. We want you to have the best experience in Medellín, and fall in love with the city. These recommendations are heightened at night. While El Poblado is generally safe and a great spot for food and drinks, please be mindful of what activities you’re interested in and avoid an unfortunate event. Take Ubers over taxis at night, unless the restaurant can call a taxi for you. Be mindful of wearing expensive items while exploring busy streets. When taking your phone/wallet out in crowded areas avoid putting it in your back pocket, or on the table at a restaurant unattended. La temperatura media de Medellín oscila entre los 17 °C (63 °F) y los 28,5 °C (83 °F), con variaciones mínimas. Se recomienda llevar un abrigo ligero o una chaqueta para la noche. // Nicknamed "The City of Eternal Spring," Medellin is known for its year-round moderate climate. It is neither too cold nor too warm. Medellin's average temperature floats between the average low of 63°F (17°C) and 83°F (28.5°C) with minimal variation. A light coat or jacket is recommended for nighttime.
