Since there will be a Meeting happening before the Wedding, which will end around 3:15pm- it would probably be ideal to aim to arrive any time after 3:30pm for the Wedding in order to give the friends enough time to start leaving. This is just a suggestion, as we understand friends may have varying circumstances impacting their arrival.
Yes, should the main parking lot get filled up at the Kingdom Hall, there is overflow parking located at the Providence Elementary School. The address is 3616 Jermantown Rd, Fairfax, VA 22030. The parking area is right in front of the school when you first turn in. There is a clear path along the sidewalk of the School which leads to a crosswalk that takes you to the Kingdom Hall. About a 5 minute walk.
Unfortunately, due to arrangements and the specificity needed when making them, if you didn't receive an RSVP for the Reception, your invitation would be just for the Wedding.
Since time will be needed to get everything set for incoming guests, we ask that you please do not come inside the reception venue before 6pm. The Kingdom Hall will remain open for those who want to stay and associate. There are also many shops available in Old Town Fairfax very close to the reception venue. Some may choose to browse around until the reception starts.
