What time should I plan to arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue by 4:15 at the very latest. There will be golf cart shuttles going from the parking lot to the ceremony site on the property. If you arrive after 4:15, you will be asked to wait outside of the ceremony area until it has concluded.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We know your kids are great, but we have decided to have an Adults Only celebration of our love. Enjoy a kid-free date night on us!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We ask that you come dressed in cocktail attire. Ladies, put on your favorite spring dress (in any color except white)! Fellas, slacks and a button down. While we can't predict the weather for the day of, April in Georgia will most likely be warm(70s-80s) and sunny. There is always a chance of rain this time of year, so make sure to check local weather in the days leading up to the wedding to plan accordingly.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you choose to stay at the hotel that we have reserved room blocks, then there will be a shuttle that will transport you to the venue prior to the ceremony and at the conclusion of the reception. If you are not going to utilize our open bar and are able to drive, please do! There is a limited amount of space on the shuttles and we want to reserve the seats for those who are not able to drive themselves.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are doing an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone, tablet, iPad, or ANY devices for pictures during the ceremony. After the ceremony has concluded you are free to take as many pictures as you would like and we encourage you to do so! Our photographer is amazing and she will have all of the pictures you will want to see. Live in the moment with us! We ask that you please respect our wishes on this.

Will this be an outdoor or indoor event?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors with an outdoor area.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We will have room blocks at two local hotels. We are still working to secure the second one, but as soon as we have the details we will list them on the travel section of our website.
