Their story started in the fall of 2013. Chasity was bartending at Boudreaux's when a few of her regulars came in with someone she had not met. She put on a smile and served them all. After a little flirting and a few good tips, one of the guys from the group told Chasity that Dan was interested in getting to know her but was too shy to ask for her number. “If he can’t speak, he can’t have my number” was Chas’ motto but they insisted persistently so she gave in and told them not to waste her precious time. Not expecting anything to come of the situation, Chasity was surprised to receive a text from Daniel a few hours later. They had a great conversation and Dan informed Chasity their chat kept him out of trouble that evening; he was not having the best day. They came to learn they shared a common bond between sports, humor, and sudoku amongst many other things. Then, it happened: Dan officially asked Chasity out on a date. She got cold feet and cancelled. After a few more rounds of making and breaking plans, they finally had their first date at Dave and Buster’s. From there, they began a beautiful relationship filled with love and laughter. It was evident that Daniel wanted to marry Chasity and that she wanted to marry Daniel throughout the years. Their friends and family wondered when it would happen. Then, one fine day last June, it happened. Chasity and Daniel were away for the weekend so Daniel used this opportunity to bring the ring and pop the question. He lost the nerves. They came back from their trip unpacked everything and once they were ready for bed Daniel finally felt it was the perfect time to ask his girlfriend to be his wife. She said yes. They shared a private beautiful proposal that will be cherished by them forever. Now they are so ready to share their love with all of us, full circle, in October!!!
