What is the Dress Code?

Answer

Our wedding attire is cocktail attire with a garden party feel. We’re excited to celebrate with you in beautiful Roche Harbor and invite guests to dress for a festive spring wedding. For women, dresses, jumpsuits, and dressy separates are all wonderful options. For men, we recommend suits, sport coats, or dress shirts paired with slacks. Please no jeans, denim, shorts, or overly casual attire. One other note – as we’ll be celebrating throughout the historic Roche Harbor grounds, including garden areas and cobblestone walkways, we recommend block heels, wedges, dressy flats, or other comfortable footwear that can easily navigate the terrain. The waterfront can become cool in the evening, so bringing a light layer is encouraged. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to celebrate!

When should I arrive to Roche Harbor?

Answer

The ferry schedules can be unpredictable so highly recommend staying on the island the night before. Additionally, there will be a Welcome Party for those who can make it on Friday. Party starts at 8PM at the wedding venue.

Do I have to stay at Roche Harbor Hotel?

Answer

No! There is a room block for convenience as the island fills up fast, but if Roche harbor is not your jam you can stay anywhere on the island. Additional lodging options are shown in the "Travel & Accomodations" tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, Special Diets (Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten-Free) options will be prepared and labeled to accommodate various dietary needs, and the culinary team will prepare a special plate that will satisfy everyone with specific dietary needs.

When should I book if I want to stay at Roche Harbor?

Answer

The room block holds space for guests to reserve their accommodations. It covers two nights: the night before and the night of our wedding. Extra nights may be added based on availability. All un-booked slots are released 120 days before your wedding. The provided courtesy room block does not represent a guarantee of sufficient lodging for all wedding guests and/or vendors.

Yes! You’ll receive a complimentary parking pass, and there’s plenty of parking near our accommodation.

How do I book at Roche Harbor?

Room Block Release Date: January 22, 2027 How to Reserve: By Phone: Call our Reservations Team at (360) 378-9820 and reference your wedding date, 05/22/2027. Our team is available daily from 9 AM–5 PM to assist with reservations. Online: Visit our website: Roche Harbor Resort on San Juan Island. Scroll to the bottom of the main page and find the Group Login field. Enter your group name: 05222027 (your wedding date) Your guests will see all the available lodging options in your room block. From there, they can choose accommodations that work best for them and complete their reservation seamlessly.
