Wedding Party

These are our forever friends

Crystal Kim

Maid of Honor

The only way I can write a description of my little sister is through biased embarrassing anecdotes throughout our childhood. But for the sake of her feeble self I shall spare her haha! You might hear me call her "mince mince" which is an adorable nickname I gave her. We are quite different with her being the more organized, studious, and rule keeping daughter while I on the other hand was the opposite. By the grace of God he nurtured our relationship which has brought us through the highs and lows of our family and I love her to death! She loves Disney, food, and is very phenomenal with tasks. To her future husband, please be patient and feed her. If you do not extend your patience or feed her, I am sorry. I warned you.

Andrew Chang

Groomsman

I first met Andrew at church around the 6th grade, I've been extremely blessed to grow together with this brother and throughout the years has had the honor to see how God's been evolving our 10-year-old shared interest in tag, to church, and...that's pretty much it (LOL). We're two completely different people and it's only by God's grace that he's been able to give me a friend that's willing to push me outside my comfort zone. From betting he could beat me 10 times in a row in rock paper scissors to get me to hang out (which to this day, I still don't know how). To calling and saying he's down to play basketball, only to play for like 10 minutes then loiter and talk about life for 4 hours, he's been a dear friend that has always shown sacrificial love and kindness to everyone he meets.

Arie Kim

Bridesmaid

She was one of my first friends when I came to Inland Church. The rest is history! We have come a long way from playing 'house and dog", to speaking in code, being excited for sleepovers (fun fact: I had my first period at Arie's house lol tmi?), going through jr. high, high school, college, and now marriage. I don't even want to start trying to describe all our inside jokes cause I know nobody will understand lol! Arie is someone who will drop everything and come to the ends of the earth to help you whether you know her well or not. She is the most compassionate person I know and one of the most special. I can't begin to count all the times I've been able to come out as a stronger person because of her. I thank God for giving me a sister in christ like her to do life with FOREVER!

Paul Kwon

Groomsman

*Just read Andrew's bio or vice-versa I'm kidding (but not really). I first met Paul around Jr. High at Inland Church, and then really got to know him around junior/senior year of Highschool. At first, I honestly thought he was too cool to be my friend; he danced, snowboarded, played school sports, but after all the Melee/Dota sessions and discussions on Ventrilo/Discord I've come to find out he's actually cool AND weird, and that weirdness is something only his close friends will see, appreciate and ultimately, love most about him. Paul is genuinely one of the most personable, down to earth people that you'll know, his willingness to go above and beyond for his friends is seriously a God-given gift! (Like Andrew, he too has a knack in finding ways to push me outside my comfort bubble.)

Esther Joo

Bridesmaid

Cooky Precious Esther! We met in grade school at Inland church as well and got super close throughout jr. high to college. Esther is a person that is so contagious to be around. You will naturally gravitate towards her quirkiness and humor then suddenly, you are friends forever. I love how we have brain satellite and are pretty much thinking similar things in social situations hahaha. We love to laugh with one another and I thank God for placing her in my life cause we laugh a lot! Something I love about Esther is her capacity to be able to feel. Throughout our friendship, she has been someone in my life who validated my thoughts and encouraged me when I felt incapable of feeling. I love that our friendship can go so deep and so thankful God placed her in my life.

Dean Lim

Groomsman

One of the most patient people I know! No lie, I actually don't think Dean is capable of anger. I first met Dean in college at Inland Church, even when I first met him, he has always been one of those people I could always depend on and never fails to listen to what you have to say, in fact, as an expression, when Dean and Carol are in a conversation, Carol likes to joke that he's "psychologying" her to show how good of a listener he is...then again...because he's in the field of psychology that might ACTUALLY be him "psychologying" her...hm... Anyway, Dean is one of the few friends of mine that share my infatuation for sweets and video games (When we're not trying to find chocolate at church we're trashing KH3). If we run out of cake, look for him and his wife, Susan.

Sandra Kang

Bridesmaid

One of the most gentlest people you'll ever meet in your life that is a thug on the inside. What I mean by that is, she's at Stanford Law school (one of the most intelligent people I've ever met) but was also the step team captain in High school (ya like stomp the yard step club). Hello she grew up in Ontario, CA! Sandra and I've gotten very close through our high school years and she has been one person I knew I could always go to and count on no matter how much time, distance, or life has passed. I appreciate her steady nature and despite her strange thing for toes... still love the girl. Did you know that she once forced our toes to interlock when we went to the beach?! I was traumatized!

Henry Kim

Groomsman

I first met Henry in college at Inland, and I've been so fortunate to grow with this brother over the years. If you want an example of what our friendship looks like, just YouTube Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe and that'll paint a pretty accurate picture. (Seriously, I kinda think we're the reason Paul muted our groupchat) If you get the chance to know him, he's one of the funniest and most understanding people you'll ever meet and I'm so grateful that God predestined (real ones know) this friendship to exist. If you hear someone passionately disagree with the DJ's lack of Lil Wayne or Drake on their playlist, you probably found him. Tell him Kobe is better than Lebron and you probably got an hour conversation. **Disclaimer** I don't think Kobe is better than Lebron.

Julia Cleland

Bridesmaid

Julia is my goofy beautiful souled soulmate that walked into my life and saved me in high school. She's undeniably beautiful which made her irresistible to boys throughout high school and continuing~. And its not fair cause her personality is the greatest too. Like great sense of humor, goofy to the max, compassionate to everyone, and sharing Jesus wherever she goes. what the heck. Not fair. Her husband George is one blessed guy!! Something I love about Julia and our friendship is how much we are able to share about Christ in our lives and being able to encourage one another in the faith. Every time we're together I come out feeling so blessed and refreshed. Her heart for the Lord is so beautiful and I thank God for his faithfulness in our friendship.

Benjamin Cha

Groomsman

Ben is my older brother, friend and one of the most considerate people I know all wrapped into one! From backyard basketball sessions, to sneaking around to watch T.V. when my parents weren't home (sorry 엄와, 아빠) there are too many memories to count where Ben has always looked out to take care of me. I'm so grateful how God's been able to form our relationship over the years!
