Villa Punta de Vista
LA star struck and opportunities fruitful, both Daniel and Bridget were at a moment in their life where they were saying yes to all the opportunities in front of them. One of those was a last minute send on a season ending mammoth trip coordinated by their best friend, Josh Villbrandt. Bridget only heard of Daniel described as a loud, passionate, and competitive kickball player. Daniel thought Bridget was an entirely different person (who was actually named Jen - he’s not the best with names) before showing up to the cabin in Mammoth. Upon the arrival of the 4 other cabin goers, Daniel walked through the door. Immediately Bridget thought he was cuter than she expected. Daniel realized this wasn’t “Jen” as he remembered. During the trip, Bridget came to find out he was not only cute, but kind, absolutely hilarious, and “toxically positive”. What really got her was the fact that someone described him as having a “zest for life”, which was a description she only ever heard from her parents, describing her. Daniel started to realize Bridget was an entirely different type of woman, and he couldn’t resist getting to know her better. She was silly, sweet, and above all else daring (as he flashes back to a memory of her doing a backflip off a cliff on a different trip - it blew his mind and he never looked back). To test his zest for life, Bridget invited the daring to learn kite boarding with her, and Daniel was the one that didn’t hesitate (got him - she thought). Just the two of them and their inebriated kiteboard instructor Park (not sure what it’s short for), Bridget and Daniel realized they couldn’t stop laughing, they were competing to see who could jump higher with the kite, and being together felt easy - like knowing each other was just a fact of life. They quickly engaged in very active lives, from playing volleyball, to snowboarding, to traveling, to seeing concerts and music festivals, to camping, to locally exploring all while working that 9-5. It has been a never ending whirlwind of adventure, laughter and joy, and most of all love. They can’t wait to be married!
