When/Why should I RSVP?

Answer

May 31st is when you should RSVP by, it is also listed on the invites provided. RSVP whether you are attending or not to help us plan for the day. It is helpful to our vendors with their preparations (especially food caterers) . If you do not RSVP by May 31st it will be assumed that you are not coming and we will RSVP not attending for you.

Can I bring a date/someone not listed on the RSVPs.

Answer

Unfortunately if a plus one is not indicated on your invitation or when you rsvp we cannot accommodate them. We have limited space at our venue and very big families that will be joining the celebration.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Any hotel under the Travel tab is a good hotel to stay in, the Country Inn and Suites is the closest to the venue. There are many hotels listed and are dependent on where you would like to stay.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation provided by us and you will have to plan for this accommodation. Uber/Lyft are available in the area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The dinner menu has gluten and nut free options.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a big parking lot in front of the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, formal attire/black tie optional. Please do not wear jeans, flips flops, shorts or casual clothes. Jacket/Suit is NOT required.
