We kindly ask that guests arrive by 2:45 PM to ensure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins. This allows time for valet or self-parking, finding your seat, and getting settled. The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00 PM. Once the processional begins, seating will pause until the bride has walked down the aisle.
There are two parking options available at the venue: self-parking and valet. Please note that both options require a payment. If you plan on visiting the bar we highly encourage the use of a rideshare service to ensure optimal enjoyment at the reception.
Yes! Formal All-Black Attire. We kindly request guests to wear formal, all-black attire for the event. Here’s what that might look like: For Women: Long or midi black dresses Elegant black jumpsuits Black heels or dressy flats For Men: Black suit or tuxedo Black dress shirt and tie Black dress shoes Please avoid wearing white attire, as this is reserved for the bride. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in honoring the dress code and helping to maintain the reverence of the ceremony.
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the venue. If you are staying on the property, a complimentary cart service is available to bring you to the ceremony site due to the size of the resort. Please allow at least 20 minutes as the carts will be making multiple stops to pick up guests throughout the property.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for childcare for the evening. If you’re staying at the resort, consider bringing a family member or trusted caregiver along there are plenty of kid-friendly areas on the property, even though children won’t be part of the wedding festivities.
Please visit the Travel tab in the above menu section for flight, rental car, and hotel recommendations. To allow guests to choose accommodations based on their preferences. There you can see nearby lodging options and the room block information.
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we’re so grateful to have you celebrate with us. If you wish to give a gift, we’ve created a registry for your convenience. Feel free to send your gift via the registry!
We’ve chosen an incredible professional photographer to capture every special moment of the ceremony. To maintain the sacred atmosphere and ensure everyone is fully present, we kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. Please keep all cell phones turned off and tucked away until the ceremony concludes. Thank you for helping us create an intimate and meaningful experience!
Please refer to your formal invitation. Guests will be indicated on how your invitation is addressed. If you have questions if you have a plus one or not, please contact our planner, Alexis Harris, for questions.
