Birchwood Vineyards offers a lot of complimentary parking on their premises. There is also plenty of handicap spots available. In addition, a golf cart will be available to the ceremony area and to the reception area if needed. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure to accommodate you.

We are currently planning on an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. In the event of inclement weather the ceremony will be moved indoors.
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat. In anticipation of an outdoor ceremony and we expect cooler weather, please be sure to bring a light shawl or jacket for warmth.
Please note any allergies or dietary restrictions on your rsvp. We will let the venue staff know of your allergy.
We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, and are hoping to keep the guest list limited, any guests will be indicated on your invitation as your name and guest.
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “regretfully decline,” so we can plan accordingly.

We recommend that you arrive half-an-hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and the festivities can begin as scheduled. We will upload an itinerary closer to the date. The shuttle will arrive about 15 minutes prior to the ceremony.
Yes, a shuttle will be provided from Hampton Inn & Suites to Birch Wood Vineyards. There will also be a shuttle after the reception that will return to it's departure point. Please indicate on your rsvp if you will be using the shuttle service so we can plan accordingly.
