COVID-19 Protocols & FAQs

Due to the surge of COVID-19 variants we have made a few changes to our Health & Safety Protocols. - Masks rquired regardless of vaccination status (masks provided) - Maintain a six-foot social distance - Hand sanitizer available on all banquet tables - Individually pre-packaged food and beverages offered
Question

I am fully vaccinated, do I need to wear a mask?

Answer

Yes. All adults, regardless of vaccination status will be required to wear a face mask at the ceremony and reception. Facial coverings can be removed while eating and drinking.

Question

Is the Potluck Picnic Reception canceled?

Answer

No, but with a caveat. The potluck element has been dropped from the Picnic Reception. So no need to bring a dish to share. All the food and beverages will be individually pre-packaged for the safety of our guests.

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

The wedding will happen, come rain or shine! In the event of inclement weather, the wedding will take place under the walled banquet tent. However, the backyard activies and social hour will be weather dependent, in order to ensure proper social distance amongst guests. Guests will be welcome to take food and unopened beverages upon departure.
