For those driving in, there are two scenic routes to reach the venue: Option 1 (Recommended for Ease): Take Michigan Exit 34 off the expressway to I-196, then exit at Coloma Road (look for the Shell gas station). This route avoids town traffic and is a smooth, direct drive to the area. Option 2: Take Michigan Exit 23 for a slightly longer, but very scenic ride. As you head in, you’ll have the lake on your left and beautiful views along the way. A great option if you’re not in a rush and want to enjoy the drive!

Book by July 31, 2025 To stay with our wedding hotel block, please reserve your room at either hotel location by Wednesday, July 31, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 PM The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask that all guests be seated by then. To avoid disruptions, late arrivals will not be admitted once the ceremony has started. NOTE: Michigan is Eastern time and an hour ahead of Illinois.

Adults Only We kindly ask that guests be 21 or older, as this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Ceremony & Reception Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Stonegate Manor. The venue allows parking for up to 100 cars, so we encourage guests to carpool when possible. Or utilize the shuttle.

Both of our hotel options offer great on-site dining and drink options for your convenience and they’re just steps away from each other! • Courtyard by Marriott features a cozy bar and bistro, along with an on-site Starbucks perfect for a quick coffee or a casual bite. • Hilton Garden Inn offers the Garden Bar & Grille, a great spot to relax with a meal or a drink. The hotels are located right across the parking lot from each other, so feel free to explore both—no matter which one you’re staying at!
