Where are you registered?
Answer
We will not be registering for gifts. If you wish to be generous, we will have a card box available during the cocktail hour and reception to receive gifts. We ask that you simply come prepared to have a good time... and dance.

Where do I park for the wedding?
Answer
Wedding guests can make use of the following parking options. Fairmont event valet parking $35. This includes parking and valet for the event. Fairmont garage parking is $30 for self-service, overnight parking 6th Penn Garage is one block from the Fairmont. Weekend rate is $15.00

Are guest rooms available?
Answer
The timeframe in which the Fairmont has reserved rooms for our wedding party has expired. With the sporting events occurring during the weekend, we hope you were able to find accommodations or plan your evening transportation responsibly.

What should I wear?
Answer
The dress code is semi-formal, cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and gentlemen should wear a suit and tie, or sports coat.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
Both the ceremony and wedding reception will take place in a large ballroom at the Fairmont. The cocktail room will be located between the ceremony room and the reception room. Luxurious bathrooms are located near the event area, away from most hotel traffic and guests.

When should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend you arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony. The ceremony is tentatively scheduled for 5:30 PM.

How long will the festivities last?

Our reception will conclude at 10:00 PM. For those who wish to continue socializing, the hotel restaurant Fl.2, is located down the hall near the elevators to the hotel with a bar area. http://www.fl2pgh.com/ The Fairmont is also located near the Cultural District venues, as well as Market Square.

What type of food will be served?
Answer
We will be serving two meat dishes and vegetarian option, either roasted vegetables or pasta. Please contact us if you have dietary needs and we will do our best to accommodate.
