What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45 PM. The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 PM, and we don’t want you to miss it! Help us stay on schedule by following the wedding timeline.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
RSVPs are due by October 1st. If we don’t hear from you by then, we’ll assume you won’t be attending. If something comes up and you can't make it, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who were formally invited. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Answer
We completely understand if you’re unable to attend! Please make sure to RSVP “No” so we can plan accordingly. Your well-wishes mean just as much to us, and we’ll be celebrating with you in spirit.

Are kids invited?
Answer
If you plan on bringing children, please confirm with us by October 1st. While we’ve chosen to allow children, this was a difficult decision. Neither the venue nor we will be responsible for them during the event. Please ensure they are supervised and well-behaved so everyone can enjoy a stress-free evening.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
It’s an outdoor wedding! While we’ll be enjoying Florida’s fall weather in the evening, a tent will be provided for shade and comfort.

Not sure where to stay while celebrating with us in Orlando?
Answer
The Eo Inn – Downtown (0.3 miles) Charming boutique stay, walkable to the venue. Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown (0.7 miles) Modern, affordable suites with free breakfast—great for longer stays. Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Downtown (0.7 miles) Comfortable and convenient with plenty of dining options nearby.

Where do I park?

While there may not be immediate parking at the venue, there is public parking available within a 5-minute walking radius. There’s also a nearby parking garage located at: 617 East Washington Street, Orlando, FL 32801

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
Yes! We’ll have a selection of signature drinks, wine, champagne, and canned beverages, along with non-alcoholic options. Dinner will feature a delicious variety of Spanish dishes, and we’ll also be serving a late-night snack to keep the party going!
