IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors, along with dinner and the reception. There will be an indoor area accessible for those who would like a break from the sun. The after party will be in a private bar in the Drift Hotel.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE WEDDING VENUE?

Answer

We will be providing a shuttle service between the other hotel and the venue. Details will be discussed will be sent to those staying at the off-site hotel.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Answer

There will be parking on the property for anyone who chooses to drive to the venue, although it is first come first serve. There is also free city parking if no parking is available. We will have shuttles bringing guests from the other hotel.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?

Answer

When you RSVP and select your meal, make sure to note any restrictions or allergies so we can accommodate you. We will have one meat, one fish, and one vegan/vegetarian option.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

We will have a full open bar available all evening. There will be pauses in service during dinner for service, and also during the first dance. Please drink responsibly and use the shuttles if needed.

PLUS ONES?

Answer

We will not be able to accommodate any additional guests unless indicated on your invite that you may bring a +1. Their name will be listed on your invitation.

IS PHOTOGRAPHY ALLOWED?

Answer

We will have a professional photographer to capture all those special moments on our big day. We ask that phones are put away during the ceremony to ensure they fully capture all moments.
