We're lucky to have called them grandparents. Individuals who showed us what a long-lasting love should look like. They showed us that home is not a place but a family. They taught us that God and family come before anything else, that compassion is the key to lasting joy, that small acts of service come from an outpouring of commitment to each other and that without God, we are nothing. They've shown us how to laugh together and let go of the small stuff while holding on to what matters most.
Abuela Marian, Abuela Rafita, Abuelo Manuel, Abio and Mamá, we miss you! Though we know we cannot have you physically here, we know you'll be looking at us from up above and you are forever in our hearts. Gracias grandes, Dani y Rafy.
