It's more regulated and easy to manage through the app, which may feel more familiar to those coming from the US. The average cost of a taxi ride from Rafael Núñez International Airport (CTG) to the old city of Cartagena is approximately 30,000 to 45,000 COP or $7 to $10 USD.

We recommend choosing a place within the Old City (Centro), as our ceremony and reception will be in this location. Staying in the Old City (Centro) ensures that you’ll be close to all the wedding events and can fully immerse yourself in the historic charm of Cartagena. If you’re considering other areas, Getsemaní and Bocagrande are great options, but please be mindful of traffic and travel time to the ceremony. Staying within the Old City (Centro) the most convenient choice to avoid any delays and make the most of your time in Cartagena.
