Q: Where will the ceremony and reception take place? A: Both the ceremony and reception will be held at: The Stables at Cherokee Creek 84 Cherokee Creek Lane, Conway, AR 72032, United States. Q: How do I RSVP? A: Please click on the RSVP option, provide your first and last name, and confirm your attendance. Q: What time should I arrive? A: We kindly ask that you arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure a timely start. The ceremony will commence promptly at 4:30 PM. Q: What is the dress code? A: The dress code is formal attire. We respectfully request that guests refrain from wearing white, as this color is traditionally reserved for the bride. Q: May I bring a guest? A: To maintain an intimate atmosphere, we kindly ask that only guests listed on the RSVP attend. We appreciate your understanding. Q: Are children allowed to attend the ceremony and reception? A: To ensure a smooth and focused ceremony, children will not be permitted in the ceremony space. However, a supervised area will be provided nearby where children can stay comfortably during the ceremony. Children are warmly welcomed to rejoin the celebration in the reception hall after the first dance, in time for dinner and the remainder of the evening. We kindly ask all guests to respect this policy, as it is essential for the flow of the event. While we understand this may not be ideal for everyone, adherence is required, and we reserve the right to ask guests who do not comply to leave the venue. If possible, we recommend arranging for a nanny or childcare service for the day to make the experience more comfortable for all. For those who bring their children, the supervised area will be available until dinner begins.
