Do I have to RSVP?

Answer

Yes. To ensure that we have enough food and chairs for guests and food, please ensure that you RSVP here on our wedding website by August 16, 2020

Question

How will COVID-19 affect this event?

Answer

At this time we are unsure if or how COVID-19 will affect the wedding. If there are restrictions in place at the time of the wedding then we will likely only be able to have our bridal party and immediate family present. We are working closely with the venue for updated information as it pertains to the current pandemic.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The Wedding Ceremony is scheduled to begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive early (3:45-4:15p), at the Bride and Groom's request: there will be a photographer to greet you as you arrive and take a photo of you and your family group before the ceremony begins.

Are there separate venues for the Wedding Ceremony and the Wedding Reception?

Answer

No. Both the Ceremony and the Reception will be held at Collins Rustic Ranch at 1810 FM 2340 Lampasas, TX 76550. Please note that this is an outside venue and for both the ceremony and the reception.

Will a meal be provided?

Answer

Yes, dinner will be served at 6:30pm. Bill Miller BBQ has been contracted to cater this event half of the plates that we will offer will be brisket and sausage and the other half of the plates will be chicken and sausage with all the fixins'. Please note that the final number of guests will be submitted to the caterer prior to the event. Please ensure that you RSVP so that we will have enough food for everyone. There will not be vegetarian or vegan options for the meal.

Should I bring my children?

Answer

If you would like to bring your children please feel free to do so. Please note that there will not be childcare provided.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

The reception is scheduled to conclude at 11:00pm after the Bride & Groom Send Off.

Will there be alcohol served?

Answer

A champagne toast will be provided. The reception itself is BYOB. Please note that if you choose to BYOB, only cans are allowed per the venue regulations (no glass). If you choose to consume alcohol please ensure that you have a designated driver.

Will there be security on-site?

Answer

No. However, there will be those at the venue monitoring for rowdy persons. If it is believed that anyone is getting out of hand they will be asked to leave immediately.

What kind of attire should I wear for this event?

Answer

Country Casual! Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to boots and jeans. Please note that this is an outside venue out in the country.

I have a nut allergy, will I be able to eat wedding cake?

Answer

Yes! If you have a nut allergy please note that the Wedding Cake does not contain nuts or nut products. However, the Groom's cake does contain nut butter.

Question

Is there a honeymoon fund set up for the couple?

Answer

There is not a honeymoon registry set up for the couple, however, there will be a honeymoon fund jar at the reception for donations.
