We're Getting Married!

You would think that we would have had a better chance of falling for each other when we were in the same high school rather than when we were 1400 miles apart. But that is not how love works, it works in the most unusual but magical ways. In July of 2021 "the kid from Texas" slid into the "cute girl from the gym"'s DMs, not knowing that one day we would be getting married. But it didn't kick off so fast at first... it took 2 months of on and off talking here and there to just one day the conversation never ending. At that point we knew that we had to finally meet each other in person and finally Daniel booked his first trip back to Buffalo to see Bryana in September! A trip that we certainly will never forget and where we fell in love but had no idea where to go from here since we were still half way across the country. On our last day together Daniel booked another trip to come back to Buffalo 6 weeks later, which ended up being way too far away and he came back early! This is where we officially starting dating on 11/11/2021 (our forever wish) and started our year of long distance! The excitement of going back and forth from Buffalo and Texas to see each other, so many memories and adventures along the way but also a lot of tears missing one another. Our long distance journey ended in June 2022 when we did our roadtrip from Texas to bring Daniel all the way home to Buffalo! We had our first trip together to Turks and Caicos in July 2022 where we knew that we wanted a destination wedding and Turks being a possibility! Months of spending time with family and friends, creating so many more memories and being so happy finally being together and creating our life. The end of 2022 threw us a lot of struggles and really hard times that seemed to be never ending. But we held onto each other stronger than ever and never let go to get through it together. In February 2023 we brought a new furr baby into our home, Remi, who gave us so much sunshine. Many more trips and adventures throughout the months, creating so many more memories. And then comes October 23rd 2023, the best day of our lives yet, the most special and unforgettable day when Daniel asked Bryana to marry him. A dream come true, a fairy-tail, a Hallmark movie all just became so real. We are over the moon happy and can not wait to continue to Say Yes to Life together in our beautiful life ahead.
