What is the wedding theme/attire?

Answer

Theme or style of our wedding is formal garden. The venue and beautiful surroundings sets the scene of our special day with an intimate garden ceremony and glorious mountains in the backdrop. Festivities will go into the evening so bring a light coat for the dry, summer breeze (optional).

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at 6:00pm. Please plan to be in attendance by 6:30pm. Allow time to settle in, check any coats or purses with Event Manager and find seats in time for ceremony to begin at 6:30pm

Can guests bring gifts?

Answer

We are not encouraging gifts at the wedding as we are traveling by airplane and gifts may not travel well. Please refer to registry if you are inclined to make a gift in celebration of our nuptials. Thank you.

Will dinner and cocktails be served?

Answer

*Please let us know of any allergies or diet restrictions. Dinner Menu Update: Taste of Hawaii Smokey Hawaiian pork and teriyaki chicken served with coconut rice, steamed broccoli, macaroni salad, tropical fruit, and Hawaiian rolls. Yes! Dinner menu will be added closer to date. There will be a drink/cocktail tab with option to continue your own tab once minimum is reached. Full service at bar.

What travel itinerary does the couple have?

Answer

Wednesday June 3rd: Blanca and Daniel will arrive to allow time for any last few wedding preparations. Evening is open for meeting those guests that have arrived early. *Thursday June 4th: morning early at 8:30AM, explore Chavez and Beaver Brook Trail Loop Thursday June 4th: greet any guests that arrive. Afternoon/evening visit the village of Idaho Springs, they have a quaint square full of restaurants, shops and more. *Friday morning: Daniel and friends are looking to run/walk at Enchanted Forest…join them if you’d like. It will be early but time is TBD. Friday June 5th: Wedding Day!! Saturday June 6: TBD…maybe tour Red Rocks Beer Garden and Amphitheater or nearby brewery. Sunday June 7th: return home.

Answer

Room blocks are available at Marriott Denver West and Comfort Suites Golden. Contact information is available on the Travel tab. Best to call the hotels for the rates given to our guests.
