Dress Code is formal and classy attire. Men: slacks, collared shirts, and a jacket if you have one are all welcome. Ladies: no cocktail dresses please, formal is midi to full length (dresses below the knees). Keep it modest and elegant. Dress to impress! Wondering what to leave at home? No Jeans, shorts, flip flops, t-shirts, or tank tops. We can’t wait to see you here!
Both events will be held outside. The Ceremony will be at an uncovered location while the Reception will be held in a covered area.
Spring in Augusta is typically 70's during the day and mid to low 60's at night. We pray it does not rain, but spring can be unpredictable.
Children under 2 are not counted towards our intimate headcount. If you have an infant you are welcome to keep them with you during the ceremony and reception, although we request to step away as needed. We will have 2 sitters for during the ceremony for kids who do not sit well during the ceremony Dinner will be provided for kids with our buffet Our sitters are from our church and are background checked with years of experience. Thank you for your understanding! If you have any concerns regarding children, please reach out to the bride or groom.
If you have any dietary restrictions such as a gluten or dairy allergy, please reach out to the bride or groom before the RSVP date of March 10th, 2025 so we can communicate to our chefs in a timely manor.
We do not have a hotel block rate as everyone has different preferences and we do not have a guarantee of who needs a hotel room or prefers to book an Airbnb. Instead, you are free to arrange the lodging that you prefer.
You will enter down Pecan Tree Lane and turn left into the open dirt parking lot within the white fence.
Yes, we value the connection of a phone-free event, so our ceremony will be unplugged. If you forget, no worries! Our officiant will let you know when to put them away. We will have a moment for everyone to take out their phones to capture the memories, and again, the officiant will let you know when this is happening.

We've chosen to not have a wedding party, as we are instead celebrating with all of you in a more intimate celebration.
