When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 25th August 2025 as we need to organise catering for all guests! Please note that you can also RSVP 'Will Not Attend' to let us know if you can't make it.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony venue by 1:30pm to be seated for the ceremony. The ceremony will start at 2pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The ceremony and reception dress code is Indian/Bengali Cultural Attire or Black Tie. That could be lahengas, saris, etc.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate plus ones due to the restricted venue numbers. We would love to see you at our wedding to celebrate together!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love our little ones! However, we regretfully cannot accomodate them at the reception venue due to restricted numbers. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence on our special day is the greatest gift we could ask for! Should you wish to honour us with a gift, we will have a wishing well available on the day.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements or allergies when you RSVP and we will make different catering arrangements for you.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony: There is no on-site parking at the Wesley Uniting Church Kent Town. There are surrounding side street parking. We would recommend to car pool to have better chances of parking. Reception: There is plenty of parking on-site at the venue and there is also street parking outside the venue along Humphries Terrace.
