-Drive along the Columbia River Gorge on highway 84 to Hood River. See waterfalls. Hike. Watch the kite surfers in Hood River. Wine taste and or bar hop. Do the "Fruit Loop" near Parkdale.
- Drive to Timberline lodge on Mount Hood. See amazing views. Hike on the PCT or the Timberline Trail. Get cozy by the fire with a hot drink.
-Drive to Cannon Beach and see Haystack Rock. Go to Short Sands Beach and or Indian Beach. Surf or watch. Hiking.
-Drive to Silver Falls trail near Silverton.
-Drive to Cape Lookout trail on the coast.
-Biking in SE or NE Portland.
-Paddleboarding.
-Rose gardens.
-City Parks: Forest Park, Mount Tabor, Sellwood Park
-Sauvie Island near Portland (a beach to walk on, harvest festivals, corn maze, fruit picking).
-Coffee shops, thrifting, ice cream, donuts, good food/drinks.
