The Wedding Website of Danica Jacinto and Jack Terrett

Patricia Jacinto

Maid of Honor

WHO IS WHO AND WHICH IS WHICH? The other half of the twin duo, Pat is the much older sister of Danica with a grand total of 120 seconds separating the twins. Despite having lived thousands of miles apart, the two grew up adapting the same habits ie they can both get themselves through the door when wasted, a skill these two have honed through years of practice! This alone has made Pat maid-of-honor worthy and a key part of the bridal party! Catch her in the entourage - she’ll be easy to spot she looks just like the bride!

Ben Terrett

Groomsman

Many of you may wonder as to the circumstances of Jack entering my life and blessing me with his company. Well in fact, it was Jack's very first day on this planet, as he shattered my privileged 'only-child' lifestyle and became the center of attention. Thankfully, 2-year old Ben soon overcame that transgression and the brothers have been close ever since. Many fond memories of LAN gaming through secondary/high school and partying at each other's colleges. Pro-tip: don't eat a ton of halloween candy AND drink too much on a night out at your big brother's college. Won't end well!

Marga Jacinto

Maid of Honor

Introducing Marga! Her whole name is Margarita- like the drink- so you just know she is Dan’s sister FR. Who else would be destined to be paired with a Marg for life? 2 things to remember about her: 1. She is always up for a drink 2. She is a big fan of the French Exit So be sure to catch her drinking early in the night (or day) or you might not get a chance to meet Dan 3.0!

Tyler Prince

Groomsman

Jack and Tyler first met in 2007 in the hallways of the Hadley Six dormitory, but got to know each other while running long distances in college. They have performed together at many Mumford-in-Boxers stompathons, and once chased down a boar riding a motorbike in northern Vietnam. Their shared passion for superb post-libation fare and carbohydrates between adventures is certain to fuel many more years of friendship.

Mark Moeremans

Bridesmaid

Mark and Danica first connected when Mark organized a Scuba Certification training for some of his GSB classmates. Training forced us to leave campus by 5 am and jump into Monterey Bay, CA in January...so as you can imagine, not Danica's ideal setting. That being said her infectious energy, positive attitude, and lust for adventure kept her from drowning and laid the foundation for a close bond. A few weeks later when I was considering running for GSB Co-President and needed to find a partner I couldn't think of anyone more suited for the job and begged Danica to join the ticket. The rest was history and we spent two years building a supportive, loving, and FUN partnership that continues to this day. There are too many memories that come to mind with Danica, dancing the night away, lounging in Hawaii, speaking in front of hundreds of our peers side by side...but the things that stick out are her constant laugh and big smile, a gentle hand hold, lots of yoga pants, and usually a bottle of tequila in tow.

Fay Terrett

Groomswoman

Fay followed Jack into the world 20 months later and they’ve been Bintang buddies ever since (see photo). Being only a year behind Jack in school, Fay always had big shoes to fill in every class and extracurricular activity, but she’s loved that the close age has meant many special moments: learning music and performing together in high school musicals, sharing a love for travel and adventure, and holding many horror movie nights. She’s also learned a lot from her older brother over the years: always bring your own bedding when you visit his college (otherwise it’s a bath towel on the floor by his stinky running shoes!) and never try to interrupt his keyboard jamming sessions.

Keri Dixon

Bridesmaid

The year was 2015 and the women of the GSB were at a "Women in Management" retreat. The evening event was pretty tame (meaning boring) until a crazy Filipina started forcing everyone to take tequila shots. I knew then and there that Danica and I would be best friends. Since then, we've lived together at Stanford and in SF and she's become a member of the family. All of our most prized memories are not appropriate for public consumption, but feel free to grab me over the wedding weekend if you want to hear some of my favorite Danica stories.

Victor Guevara

Groomsman

I first met Jack when he chose to sit next to me on a bus, in his first few days as a student at Middlebury College. I don't remember talking very much with him on that bus ride. Since that first encounter, Jack and I have shared many more exciting and less awkward (or more, depending on how you view it) experiences. These include, but are certainly not limited to: a spontaneous road trip from Vermont to Ohio for a weekend, feeding vegetarian food to Jack, his unwavering commitment to our annual post-Christmas gathering, and Jack's gracious hosting of me, Nat, and Tyler in the living room of his (very full) 1-bedroom apartment in San Francisco for an entire week.

Nuni Camacho

Bridesmaid

I met Danica during our crazy partying days in Singapore, when we were both investment bankers at Credit Suisse and would go straight from the office to the club for ladies night! We bonded while taking tequila shots at our favourite bar Jigger and Pony, doing hot yoga, learning how to snowboard and ski in Japan, and running our first half marathon together. On Danica’s last night in Singapore, we did ten too many tequila shots and she ended up missing her 6am flight to San Francisco!

Malcolm Huestis

Groomsman

Malcolm and Jack first became friends on the golf course. They shared a strong disinterest in playing golf and decided instead to go eat hot dogs back at the clubhouse. Since then, they have written several chemistry papers together.

Ivy Tabares

Bridesmaid

The resident dancer of the group, Ivy is the literal and figuratively cheerleader of the girls. Her favorite memory of Dan was during their first girls' trip to Bali and the girls got so drunk at Potato Head that they ended up doing splits all over the the place! Going to the bathroom? Split! Going to the exit? Split! There's a big chance you can catch them doing splits at the wedding.

Nat Nelson

Groomsman

Jack and I met in Vermont in August at our Cross Country pre-season camp. Hours each day were spent running on dusty dirt roads alongside pungent farms, stretching, eating, and then running some more, which is about as good a way to get to know someone as any, when you think about it. And while it was exciting to finally get to college and to meet a slew of enthusiastic fellow runners, an entirely reasonable thing to do after many miles together was to retreat to the peace and solitude of one's own room for some respite before the next session began -- but Jack always kept his door open after practice, sharing in the more dazzling view of sunset over the Adirondacks from his window as well as a stash of "crisps" and "biscuits" stowed under his bed. A few months into freshman year I realized my vocabulary had become noticeably laced with British lingo - a testament to the time we were spending together, the number of biscuits I was eating, and to his quiet leadership on and off trails. We spent the next four years as teammates, roommates, housemates, and classmates as I followed him into chemistry (and took my cue from him in timing summer experiments around training runs and trips to the pub to catch football matches). I couldn't have asked for a more steady, generous, and fun-loving mate throughout those years and since, and am touched to be among the gents standing behind him on his and Danica's wedding day.

Clar Juico

Bridesmaid

Clar is an office space seller by day and Netflix watcher also on the same day. Clar and Dan's friendship origin story dates back to their kindergarten years in Poveda and made possible by the Power Rangers. Dan was the Green Ranger and Clar was the Red Ranger and from there a friendship was born filled with laughter, drunken moments, and splits! Her favorite memory of Dan was their girls' trip to Dubai where they had coordinated outfits for each day drawing inspiration from the Kardashian's own Dubai trip.

Stanis Moody-Roberts

Groomsman

Jack and Stanis first met in August 2007 when they both arrived at Middlebury College as starry-eyed freshmen. They were on the cross-country running team together and Stanis was immediately taken by Jack's charming Victorian accent, angelic singing, and passion for vegetarianism. They further bonded over grueling Sunday morning long runs (usually hungover), nutrition-packed meals at Ross dining hall, late night dance parties, broken hearts, snuggling sleepovers, and many a near-friendship ending card and board game. Stanis was proud to be at Jack's side when he first received his American citizenship, and was there to pick up the pieces when another friend, who had promised to supply coffee and donuts and all manner of support and sustenance for a 23-mile presidential mountain traverse that Jack was undertaking, stood him up at 6am in the morning, resulting in 15 hours of extreme hunger, exhaustion, and a never-ending stream of Kentish obscenities. Suffice to say, Jack and Stanis have been through thick and thin, and Stanis couldn't be more excited for Boracay and to celebrate Jack and Danica with every ounce of being this fall!!!!
